Our support operation is highly available to customers 24x7 at a moment’s notice and has embraced the challenge to hire and develop technical expertise from core networking to advanced machine learning and beyond. Our Support Engineering organization is located in numerous cities around the world enabling us to follow-the-sun, while providing access to a diverse population of talent and ensuring business continuity through redundancy and scale. You will… · Build a team that thrives on helping very large people organizations

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management · 10+ years of experience as engineering project/program manager · Experience with managing multiple concurrent projects with aggressive schedules · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the enterprise · Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks · Skilled at driving consensus with technical and non-technical audiences · Proven success in leading large programs across multiple business
