Driving cross-team and third-party partnerships - often influencing without authority. Understanding macro view of planned delivery, actual delivery, and expectations while still being able to execute. Identify thematic risks/blockers in delivery and communicate through escalation process. Gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders and partners to ensure solutions enable the business strategy and experience. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in driving programs/projects and deadlines as a leader and with inclusion. PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience required. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and respond favorably to change. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in risk management (identification and mitigation plans) and change management processes.
