Envision what it means to be a true productivity assistant. Partner closely with other Microsoft Products to understand their communications and collaboration needs and requirements and translate that into product plans to deliver maximum impact to all areas Work closely with visual and voice designers to come up with world class delightful user experiences . Work with engineers to understand and deliver technically sound solutions Manage backlogs, priorities and dependencies across teams to make sure features land on time and with high quality Engage with customers and internal preview users,
5-7 years of technical program management experience in delivering multiple software products and services with end-to-end ownership BS/BA degree or equivalent A growth mindset. Demonstrated experience across the entire product lifecycle – from competitive research, ideation, user centered design, specification, architecture and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision. Strong affinity and experience in user-centered design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required.
