Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) Enterprise Finance Transformation team. This senior leader will drive the execution of a very complex and visible multiyear enterprise wide program to re-implement and re-design our corporate FP and A systems and processes. Successful candidates will have deep experience in the following three disciplines – Finance, Program Management and Finance Systems. This individual will develop and lead execution of the master project plan, the change management and communication strategy and risk assessment. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Seasoned program manager with 12 years’ experience managing enterprise wide accounting / finance technology projects with aggressive schedules · Experience using Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodology to streamline business processes · Master’s degree or Accounting/Finance certification (Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)) · PMP Certification or Master’s Certificate in Project Management · Delivery focused leader who can work independently and collaboratively
