We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who is innovative, results driven professional with solid people skills, deep expertise and extensive experience in managing cross-functionally to help build and scale programs. Ideally the individual has a strong analytical background that enables him/her to dive deep into customer data and surface salient product and programmatic needs to work towards keeping our customers happy. He/she will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to tactical to real-time, requiring use of data collection
· Bachelor’s degree or higher · 5+ years of experience leading and interacting with cross-functional and dispersed teams as a program manager · 3+ years consumer or customer facing product experience · MBA · Entrepreneurial spirit, may have been a Program/Product Manager at an early-stage startup · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back-up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. · Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
