This position leads the Central Controls and Compliance (C and C) team whose objective is to provide compliance leadership, consulting services, training, and monitoring in support of management's business objectives and their responsibility to mitigate risk in sales transactions. The Central C and C team defines the strategy and executes the compliance framework for assessing and monitoring sales deal compliance, as well as defining compliance training priorities, operating under 4 pillars: 1) Process Assessment, 2) Transaction Monitoring, 3) Control Monitoring, and 4) Training and Influencing. In addition to managing the Central C and C team, this position leads the global GSMO C and C community, who are responsible for executing the sales deal compliance framework at the field level.

Understand the company risk climate and prioritize areas for focus. Oversee the creation and reporting of Process Map and Gap Assessments, ensuring timely remediation by management, as well as facilitate groups across the company to recognize risks within their local environment. Identify trends in the effectiveness and completeness of sales monitoring programs priorities and roadmaps, and influence program improvements. Oversee a quarterly Field monitoring program that includes controls testing, issue review meetings, management reporting, and ensuring appropriate management attention to remediation
To be successful in the role, The Senior C and C Director requires a seasoned leader with a mix of strong analytical, business process, leadership and communications skills. In addition, the successful candidate will need to have the ability and confidence to work with teams across the company, coordinate change and process simplification, while ensuring that compliance requirements are fully considered in company policies and process designs.
