Amazon seeks an experienced, high performing Sr. Finance Manager to play the lead role on our North American Customer Services Operations finance team directly supporting Amazon's Customer Services operations in the Americas. As the Sr. Finance Manager, you will partner directly with the North America Customer Service Director and the business leaders of the operational sites. You will provide financial guidance and reporting to the operational leaders and you will support the business to drive operational efficiency and to eliminate defects. You will build scalable and automated planning and reporting solutions. As a member of the leadership team, you will directly influence key business decisions including customer experience, site expansion, business models, policies, and long term vision.
