Our global portfolio includes over 33 million square feet, 1166 sites and supports over 120,000 Microsoft employees. The Project Management – Global Program Manager role is a member of the RE and F Shared Services Team and the Subject Matter Expert on Project Delivery. The successful candidate will lead and shape how Microsoft delivers construction projects that support our employees, customers, and partners. The role is tasked with shaping the means and methods of how projects are delivered while aligning with a cost methodology that drives the value for our investment that will deliver amazing spaces and experiences for Microsoft.

Drive excellence through the platform that ultimately delivers some of the most innovative and exciting spaces in the world of corporate real estate. Build on the existing mature platform by challenging the status quo and driving transformation (process and product). Develop RACIs, Playbooks, Role Guides to drive innovation and consistency. Align platform with global project delivery goals. Drive best practice. Be the face of RE and F to our project delivery business colleagues and partners e.g. Security colleagues, CSEO, and GWS, to ensure alignment on project delivery and expectations across
10+ years' experience in corporate real estate positions with demonstrable experience of Project Management. Demonstrable experience and understanding of corporate real estate Program Management contracting. Demonstrable experience of vendor governance (performance) management. Experience of negotiation contracts with a liability of USD$20m+. Bachelor's Degree. Advanced degree or industry relevant certifications, preferred.
