We are looking for a principal level program manager, who is a hands-on program manager skilled in managing multi-function teams across several groups and geographic regions. The successful candidate will be an innovative, self-starter leader, who is passionate about providing the best possible customer experience and obsessed with data driven decisions. Setting high standards and driving them until we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations is essential for this position. This program manager will own delivering on Senior Executive goals, target savings, and desired performance improvements. You will work will all disciplines of the AWS Infrastructure organization – demand planning, procurement, logistics, operations, hardware engineering, data center operations, and automations to develop action plans, drive execution, track
· 10+ years of experience, 7+ years of experience with advanced degree. · 3+ years project, program or product management experience · Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering· MBA Preferred · Experience in delivering products in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed and often ambiguous environment · Experience working in cross functional groups including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, test, reliability, and failure analysis · Excellent cross-organizational verbal and written communication skills to provide status and manage expectations ·
