AWS Global Infrastructure Fleet Security is looking for an experienced technical program manager (TPM) who is a passionate advocate of enterprise data security and asset security. Our group designs and builds autonomous hardware and software solutions to protect customer data and intellectual property in AWS data centers worldwide. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, innovative, and results-oriented. As a senior TPM, you will · work with key stakeholders across multiple organizations to define strategy and requirements to protect customer data and intellectual property in AWS data centers · be responsible for scoping and delivering end-to-end software solutions that span multiple technology teams · innovate features on behalf of our customers · collaborate with software development teams, hardware development teams, and global process owners to architect and deliver technical solutions · own project roadmaps and lead implementation efforts Your job requires a high degree of judgement,

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a similar degree, or commensurate industry experience - 7+ years of industry experience in technical program/project management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Cross-team coordination and executive presentation skills - Strong project management skills e.g. project definition, requirement definition, project plan creation and execution, risk management, measurement of success - Strong technical background - Industrial experience with AWS services e.g. IoT, Kinesis, Dynamo DB, SNS, SQS, S3, RDS - Experience with Agile methodologies
