Are you excited to drive high-visibility, strategic logistics and technology solutions to help streamline Amazon's operations? Amazon’s Prime Pantry team is looking for a Principal Program Manager with a strong delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations, supply chain and technology projects. Prime Pantry is a store within Amazon.com, offering everyday grocery, household and personal care items (e.g. 12-packs of Coke, single boxes of Cheerios) with a shopping experience that encourages the customer to build a full shopping basket. Selection and customer needs evolve quickly, therefore we need to design a more efficient and flexible supply chain. This role requires working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high level process/system solutions; leading cross-functional business and development teams and managing the timelines to support project launches. Basic Qualifications: * Master’s degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of experience with Amazon * 10+ years of experience as a project/program manager * 2+ years of experience analyzing cost/benefit of proposed projects Preferred Qualification: * 5+ years of experience delivering mission critical technology solutions * 5+ years of expertise defining complex SQL queries * 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel skills * MBA, MS or MA (Engineering, Mathematics or Equivalent) Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation
