This role has two components: Bringing vision and orchestration to the effort to keep the entire organization using the latest BI Building customer-facing data solutions into Teams In this role, you will identify and implement cutting-edge big data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Presto!) to bring insights to the organization and to our customers. You will partner tightly with our data engineering team to define requirements for our data infrastructure, building their work into exec-facing and customer-facing solutions. Core Responsibilities: Define, build, maintain, and support a rich portfolio of reporting solutions to help the entire engineering org become more data-driven, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement. Innovate on how we extract value from our rich telemetry, translating the needs of the org to specific ways to analyze and present our data. Identify, pilot, and implement cutting-edge data and reporting solutions Drive product strategy and design for bringing data solutions to Teams customers, program managing the work through engineering and working closely with design, content, and marketing
Key Skills, Competencies, Qualifications: Proven Product Management and leadership expertise Knowledge of the market and industry: competitors and customer needs Ability and vision to anticipate future demands and competitive trends Passionate about customer experiences Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of cloud services and big data solutions Strong relationship building to develop partnerships within the team, across Microsoft, as well as externally with customers Self-motivated, agile, and driven.
