Lead a team of 10-12 engineers and deliver high quality business objectives Provide hands-on technical leadership to the software engineering teams: architecture, design, code review, development, quality assurance and live site. Partner with Program Management to meet immediate and longer-term business objectives. BS/BA in computer science, or equivalent in related technical experience 3-5 years of people management experience 10+ years of experience building commercial grade software Proficiency in C# or C/C++ or Java, and strong design, implementation, and debugging skills Experience with distributed systems Experience leading infrastructure projects Strong communication skills (both written and oral) A bility to prioritize tasks and work independently Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers is a strong plus Knowledge of email systems a plus. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security
