Lead and manage a team of ~5 Program Managers Define product vision and strategy. Create scenarios that satisfy customer needs, accrue to business outcomes and the brand story. Partner early and closely with Service Engineering, Software Engineering, and infrastructure providers. Define service feature roadmap. Define scenario success (outcomes and measures), service requirements (functional, telemetry and data visualizations), and risks/issues for service releases.
