Lead and manage a team of ~5 Program Managers Define product vision and strategy. Create scenarios that satisfy customer needs, accrue to business outcomes and the brand story. Partner early and closely with Service Engineering, Software Engineering, and infrastructure providers. Define service feature roadmap. Define scenario success (outcomes and measures), service requirements (functional, telemetry and data visualizations), and risks/issues for service releases. Prioritize and manage service backlog and phase scenario delivery into iterative chunks. Continually measure success and integrate
Required qualifications: BS/MS in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience 2+ years experience managing or leading direct teams or virtual teams 8+ years of delivering multiple iterations of software and services Preferred qualifications: Experience with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical skills with experience in creating visions, strategies and roadmaps backed by delivery Excellent collaboration skills and be able to work with multiple partner teams across organizational boundaries to deliver on goals Strong verbal and written communication skills,
