The Partner Marketing Advisor Partner Aligned(PMA-P) role is key to Microsoft's partner management strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner Organization. The PMA=P is responsible for growing the business of top global and local managed partners through executing and landing impactful go-to-markets and supporting the Solution Area business management in the Area/Sub.

GTM Development and Execution with Global and Local Managed Partners: Work with Global team on landing local activation for Global partners where there is a strong local performance or potential. Create and execute GTM with global and local managed partners including offer development, demand gen, and consumption. Deliver and report on business outcomes committed in plans. Manage local funding for assigned partners' activities aligned to quarterly accountability, compliance, and budget management. Create and extend the Partner-to-Partner motion for partner success. Contribute to Solution Area capacity
6+ years of experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, through partner marketing in the technology industry. Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency. (100 or 200 level will suffice.) Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences. Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners. 5+ years of experience
