The Lease Administration Compliance and Ops Manager is responsible for ensuring proactive risk management through internal controls and compliance for Microsoft's global real estate portfolio (928 Leases, 26M SF). The position reports into the Sr. Director, RE and F Center of Excellence (COE), who reports to the General Manager for Global Real Estate. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Lease Administration Program Manager, as well as Corporate Finance and other internal business groups to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and obligations for leases, and drive
The successful candidate must have the following skill set: BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or another related field. MBA, CPA or other advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years' work experience in Finance, Compliance/Audit/Risk, or Operations, preferably within a multinational corporate environment.
