Consumer HR is looking for a strategic HR leader to join their team in Seattle. This role must develop and implement the HR strategy for the core Consumables business within North America (NA) Consumer. Consumables consists of everyday, habitual-use product categories, cross-category programs, and emerging businesses designed to increase customer purchase frequency while making Amazon a routine one-stop-shopping solution of choice by providing customers the best possible convenience, value, selection, and delight. The HR Leader will help facilitate the success of Consumables by designing and delivering unique solutions to business challenges in areas including: career and organization development, change management, diversity and inclusion, and the employee experience. This person will also support the business by flawlessly managing core programs in the areas of performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations. Basic Qualifications · BA/BS degree.
