Amazon Devices – the team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Alexa, Kindle E-reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, Cloud Cam and Dash Button product lines—is seeking a seasoned program leader to join the Devices HR leadership team. This role will focus on core programs and operations that will enable HR leaders to partner effectively with Devices business leaders on critical priorities. The role will work directly with the Devices VP of HR and the HR leadership team while engaging in a variety of activities that will drive impact with the business. This position requires this individual to develop, drive, and inspect ongoing operating rhythms and goals to assess HR performance, work across teams to obtain data and understand core processes, identify opportunities to improve current processes or metrics, work with business partners to identify tool and system improvement opportunities, and validate improvement efforts. · 10+ years of professional experience in Project/Program management, business analysis, operations, engineering, or finance · BA/BS degree · Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence through clear verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives · Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic, approach to the business · Ability to communicate complex topics simply with profound insight and deep understanding · Experience working
