Turn 10 Studios, the developer and cultivators of the Forza video game franchise, including the award-winning Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon game series, is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead our business management team and function. The team's role is to manage the financial and business affairs of the studio, including budgeting and spend management, forecasting and reporting, business modeling and opportunity analysis, and vendor contract management. As the team lead, the Director, Business Management will be responsible for those functions, manage the individuals in the team, and play a role in the studio's extended leadership team. Manage business management function and team associates. Partner with Producers and business partners to provide first-line business management and guidance. Drive monthly business rhythms including results discussions, reviews, and reporting with studio leadership. Collaborate with product teams to drive implementation of product strategies, manage operating expenses, and make investment and product development decisions, delivering quality products on-time and on-budget. Provide subject-matter expertise for KPIs used to measure and manage Forza products. Lead work on viability for new products
5-10 years of progressive financial experience directly supporting business partners in a business management, finance or similar role. 5-10 years' experience coaching, developing and managing people, including managing and recruiting a team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Experience managing P and Ls and costs within a world-class organization. Superior communication skills, including an ability to collaboratively empathize and partner with stakeholders directly and within a functional matrix.
