One Commercial Partner
US One Commercial Partner (OCP) is looking for a National Partner CTO (Chief Technology Officer) accountable for driving National partner engagement strategy, enablement, and learning to influence Partner Development, Capacity, Capability and Growth goals. This position reports directly to the CVP of the US One Commercial Partner group and manages two types of Technical Partner Field resources: Partner Technology Specialists and Cloud Solution Architects.

As a senior leader in a sales and technical strategy role, you'll influence and have direct accountability for developing and driving strategy across a highly matrixed organization. Ability to advocate with other senior leaders within US OCP and throughout Microsoft and demonstrate deep thinking around complex problems, a sophisticated understanding of the operational aspects of large sales organizations, and flawless collaboration.
