Within WW Learning, the Employee Skills and Experiences team develops and leads cross-segment, role-based learning programs focused on increasing Microsoft employee skills, to measurably accelerate business performance. Our team delivers learning programs to over 100,000 employees at Microsoft.

Organizing and driving ROB planning and financial processes Developing and driving internal communications Assisting the leadership team by creating compelling presentations and business review materials Manage change management processes for the team Influencing the overall design of the organization to deliver against business goals, objectives and commitments Drive business strategic and annual planning process Partnering with the Worldwide Learning Chief of Staff Office Leader strategic projects in alignment with leader/business needs
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years running business programs or operational processes in a business setting 5+ years of experience working with executives to set expectations and provide ongoing communications (tracking progress, providing data, analytics, and resolving issues). Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver global solutions.
