The Amazon Digital, Apps, and Games Services (DAGS) Business Development team is seeking a highly quantitative, experienced Business Analyst to drive the development of analytics and insights to support the DAGS Business Development team. As Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Games Business Development Managers and leaders to help them identify key trends in the gaming industry, performance of top games partners, data driven opportunity identification for future growth of the gaming business across several pillars such as installs, engagement, custom game performance and business insights for games partners. You will succeed in this role if you are an organized self-starter who can learn new technologies quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment. In addition to supporting the BD team, you will be a key contributor, developing analytics and insights that global executive management teams and business leaders will use to define global strategies and deep dive businesses
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field · 2+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role · 2+ years of experience conducting analysis and data mining using Excel · Experience extracting and processing data using SQL · Experience in data visualization platforms · Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field · 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role · Understanding of data warehousing
