Executive Business Administrator In this role, you will support two to three organizations (total ~ 150 employees) within the Services Business Operations team . You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and embrace a challenge with high energy and a positive attitude. You will support the teams with general administrative support along with some other cross-group administrative projects.

Multi-task and change direction in rapid response to a fluctuating, sometimes ambiguous work environment Make timely decisions, exercising sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism Be self-motivated and independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess solid project management and problem-solving skills Prioritize and anticipate needs to achieve the right results Proven track record of accountability, reliability, maintaining confidentiality, and a positive attitude Be a strong team player who will demonstrate drive and initiative, and have a positive and professional
Minimum 5+ years relevant administrative support Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel Ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals Preferred Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage complex schedules Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations Ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time and to solve routine problems effectively
