Description
OverviewWe are seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive supply integration strategy and execution across the Microsoft Monetize Platform. This role owns end‑to‑end product vision and delivery for high‑impact monetization initiatives, working closely with engineering, data science, sales, and policy partners.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for supply capabilities, including Prebid.js adapter, Native integrations, and external wrapper integrations with CTV partners.Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable platform solutions.Drive prioritization based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, and platform health.Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, policy, legal, and partner teams. Define success metrics and track outcomes against business goals.Represent monetization priorities in leadership and cross‑org forums.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.6+ years background in ad tech platforms and / or monetization systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.  Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
