Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent · 5+ years of server industry experience · In-depth mechanical/thermal lab experience: setting up prototypes, instrumentation and running thermal tests · In-depth experience in compute and storage server thermal architecture and design for large scale applications. · Experienced in the ability to deliver server hardware products in a multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility environmentExperience in compute and storage server architecture and design for large scale applications. · Experience in component selection and procurement. ·
