Ever wondered what's involved in enabling millions of sellers to sell their products around the world? Amazon's Global Seller Fulfillment Services group does just that - building the software platform and applications necessary for sellers to manage their business on Amazon. As a Support Engineer in Amazon's Global Seller Fulfillment Services, you will get the opportunity to work on complex technical problem that spans across multiple business domains on Amazon's e-commerce stack. You will build, manage and operate system configuration changes that will affect Seller Fulfillment processes through our large-scale, highly available software systems and services that process large number of requests around the globe. You will be responsible for adding new transportation capabilities on the platform, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring services, and building automation around the changes. You will work closely with Business and Software engineering teams to coordinate software changes

· Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in a technical field (computer science, mathematics or engineering or related subject matter) and 4 years or more of combined experience providing technical engineering support or tactical project management of technical initiatives. · Three or more years of experience developing or supporting Java/C++ based systems and services.· Broad knowledge of enterprise infrastructure. · Demonstrated experience working with large-scale service-oriented systems. · Three or more years of experience in scripting languages. · Ability and willingness to solve problems
