· Experience with public IaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) · Deep technical knowledge in operating systems (Linux and Windows) – services, command line and shell, user management, disk management, etc. · At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (such as Support, Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Sales, etc.) · Deep technical knowledge in networking (HTTPS, TCP/IP, etc.) · At least 5 years of previous experience with IT/System/Operations work · Ability to write Bash, Python and Power Shell scripts · Great Interpersonal Skills · Great Comunication Skills · Experience
