Amazon is looking for a results-oriented individual to own supply management for networking hardware that runs the infrastructure powering Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our Supply Chain Managers are experts in their industries who deliver the supply that help drive the explosive growth of AWS. General Work Activities: · Create and execute supply strategies for a category, department, or project to meet customer needs · Prioritize activities and align with stakeholders to deliver supply globally with a high degree of predictability · Manage supplier performance and allocation of material to demands based on priority · Be a subject matter expert for the customers, technologies, and markets in which you engage · Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals · Identify and drive realization of opportunities for durable, relative advantage in your category Function Specific Work Activities: · Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or business · 7 years of experience in supply/in-stock management, demand planning, enterprise technology, or electronics manufacturing · 3 years of experience in supply management of consumer electronics, electronic components, original design manufacturers (ODM) of networking equipment, personal computers, or servers· MBA or advanced degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines · 7+ years of professional experience · Broad supply chain experience, such as new product introduction, demand planning, and supply management · Strong proficiency in analysis
