As an engineer on the team you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of our blue-chip experiences that scales across all Windows devices. You will collaborate with designers and researchers to make product decisions that puts the customer first and makes a real difference to them. You will be building the infrastructure to enable us to ship faster. To build quality into the feature – you will figure out how to make your feature testable and measurable. You will work with data and intelligence to design a strategy for telemetry, drive analysis, run experiments and
• 5+ years of professional software development experience. • 5+ years of experience with C++ or related technologies. • Good oral and written communication skills. • A Teammate with a let's get it done attitude. • Passion for UX, and deep empathy for the customers/users. • Experience with UI frameworks. • Good design and debugging skills. • Experience shipping multiple products. • Experience servicing in-market customers • BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, EE, or equivalent industry experience.
