The team will enable that growth through the personalized assistance and interactive trainings offered via rich and powerful world class online services. You will be part of the MARVEL Engineering Team, which owns the engineering for support.office.com, templates.office.com, in-app support experience, and Microsoft Office's Open Authoring web app. The support.office.com site alone gets more than 50 million page hits a week, so we are talking about scaled services that are of high impact and incredible importance to the Office business. The support.office.com contains all the help and assistance content that exists for end users, IT admins, and developers

• Contributing to the design, build, test and health of "Internet scale" services • Working on full-stack development – UX and business logic for a broad set of features • Ensuring the availability and performance of Live Site and the satisfaction of our Customers • Improving incident processes including monitoring/alerting coverage, investigation tooling and reporting • Using problem management data to identify what product investments will drive up customer satisfaction or reduce cost
Qualified candidates Must Have Already Successfully Completed or Participated on the LEAP Program and worked in a software engineering environment. Current MSFT LEAP Program Experience Solid Object-Oriented Design and Programming skills Technical competence and strong analytical skill Strong customer focus and understanding of the importance of live site engineering Strong written and oral communication skills Knowledge of any or all of the following: C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular.js, React.js Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required
