The Identity Applications team designs and implements the core application models, permission-granting mechanisms, service-principal management flows, and consent policy frameworks on which all cloud-enabled applications are built—and upon which Microsoft's cloud infrastructure itself remains secure. Basic Qualification: 3+ years software engineering experience Preferred Qualification: Good communication and problem-solving skills Object-oriented design and programming skills BS or MS in Computer Science, or related discipline Experience building high-scale, public-facing cloud services Thorough knowledge of REST API best practices and protocols Familiarity with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP #identityjobs Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
