The Data and Intelligence group is seeking an experienced software engineer for the User Nurturing and Feedback team. This team works on projects that guide our users across the products as well as collect and present the feedback from users for better insights. These important investments help retain and grow our user base by providing the best user experience possible.
The User Nurturing and Feedback team is looking for software engineers who have experience across the entire software development lifecycle. The user feedback projects are more focused on backend data systems while the user nurturing projects are more focused on front end experiences. Being data driven is key for both so having a foundation in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data is required for all projects. Efficiently maintaining and reporting on this data will empower our team and partner teams to improve the product experiences.
3+ years of software engineering experience C#/SQL or equivalent is required Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire software development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site You know or are willing to learn front end focused development when applicable (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux) You know or are willing to learn back end focused platforms and technologies when applicable (Azure, Cosmos, Kusto) Excellent communication and collaboration skills a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience
