As a software engineer in AI and R shared security team, you'll research and design tools from the ground up, develop proofs of concept, and see them grow to be used at scale, to ensure the security and privacy protection of our products and services. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced software engineer to flex your creative muscles as you leverage your coding/design skills to help address the security/privacy challenges facing by a multi-billion dollar business that aims to make the web more interactive and relevant.

Research, design and implement innovative security/privacy services using Bing's deep understanding of the Web and insights from security penetration testing to benefit AI and R and beyond. Build data pipeline and analysis capabilities to monitor, detect and report security/privacy/accessibility issues/KPIs. Create and maintain security/privacy scanning services that cover large scale services, such as Bing.
Basic qualifications: 3+ years of software development experiences with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell. Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills. BS degree or equivalent in Computer science or related engineering field. Preferred qualifications: Security and privacy concept and common best practice. Experience with Microsoft Azure services is highly desirable. Experience with SQL, NoSQL and Big Data technologies Experience building web services using ASP.NET (or similar technologies)
