Identify MVP, implement fast, flight to a target set of users, collect data from real users, iterate, pivot and repeat – this is the DNA of our development culture. As an engineer in the Xbox Live team, you'll work closely with our counterparts in the PM, design, and services teams to code and build social experiences on the PC that will delight our customers. • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and shipping products of medium to high complexity. • Excellent design and coding skills in Javascript, C++ and C#. • A real passion for gaming or gaming related technologies and experiences. • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms. • Active participation in bug/issue triage with the feature teams and supporting well informed decisions towards business and engineering goals. Strong pluses include: • Experience coding React. • Game development experience. • Ability and dedication
