· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field · 9+ years of full life cycle software development experience · 5+ years of experience managing software development teams and in mentoring and developing software engineering teams · Experience programming in more than two languages (C++, Java, Python) · Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations· A track record of delivering quality products · Communication
