· BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent. · 7+ years of industry experience. · Experience building a successful scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems for commercial online services.· 10+ years of industry experience · Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. · Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts · Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices.
