- 3+ years experience building successful production software systems - A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field) - The ability to take raw product requirements and develop software architectures and designs to bring them to life - Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs - Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for the design and implementation of large-scale systems as well as experience in taking such systems from design to production - Experience building and operating mission critical, highly
