· A completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent program or work experience providing a strong background in computer science basics such as data structures, sorting/searching algorithms, order analysis.· Proficiency in at least, one modern programming language such as Java, C#, or C++ · Distributed system design and development experience · Experience building complex, scalable, high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers · Communication skills for both a technical and business audience · Knowledge of software engineering best practices
