Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers to build scalable features/scenarios (web and mobile) Mentor and grow the engineers on your team. Design, implement and operate end-to-end product experiences. We expect you to code 40% of your time . Qualifications: 8 + years of industry experience working on commercial software application or services 1 + years of management experience Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically Track record of delivering innovation and results, leadership and collaboration Creates an inclusive and fun work environment where every employee engages effectively Cares deeply about
