- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field - Solid experience in Java or other OO based languages - Good understanding of distributed systems transactional processing systems - Experience with scaling and performance of large systems - Obsession with quality and customer experience - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly- Prior experience with building and supporting live high-volume transaction processing systems - Familiarity with UNIX or Linux systems. - Strong understanding of Java and Data Structure
