Amazon Brand Protection team aims to deliver a trusted and complete Buyer‐facing catalog by helping Brands protect and accurately represent themselves on Amazon. This includes the well-known, established brands as well as the new and emerging brand owners. We build large scale, low latency, high throughput, distributed software systems that identify, prevent and act on all forms of product listings abuse on the Amazon catalog. You will join a team of highly motivated and talented individuals building state of the art Search platform, that powers the text and image based Product Search on systems used by our partners to identify and prevent brand abuse. You will use Machine Learning Solutions to develop innovative image processing and image Search algorithms. We are looking for experienced Software Developers ready to come help us build out a multi-tenant image and text search platform that sits on top of one of the largest ElasticSearch indexes in Amazon. · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. · Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, algorithms and data structures. · At least 1+ year of experience designing and developing large-scale, distributed software applications. · Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Perl.· 3+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer or a Software Developer · Experience building complex, scalable, high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers · Experience in Machine Learning
