The Business Technology and Solutions (BTS) team that supports Amazon Web Services (AWS) is participating in exclusive hiring events in Seattle, WA at the end of April and beginning of May! The BTS team is looking for a full-stack software engineer to architect and build a customer-centric contract management workflow engine that will support a new service and initiative for our enterprise customers and partners. You will come in on the ground floor and be key to ensuring this initiative is successful and transforms into a formal AWS offering. This is a ground breaking opportunity to build a new platform architected in a configurable, federated, and horizontally scalable design using native AWS technologies. We are building a full stack application, so there are opportunities to build using front-end and/or back-end technologies hosted on AWS. You will interface with teams across AWS, including Sales, Marketing and Enterprise Support organizations to solve unique business problems that
· 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience with at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C# (including object-oriented design). · 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role. · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role. · 3+ years of experience in building large scale, multi-tiered, distributed applications using AWS technologies
