AWS Lambda is changing the way that businesses big and small think about computing in the cloud. Lambda functions offer customers a "serverless" way to create applications. Developers build scalable, fault-tolerant production systems without thinking about infrastructure, capacity management, or large scale deployments. Many of the hard problems of distributed systems development are abstracted away by Lambda's simple programming paradigm, so that our customers can focus on solving business problems. The Event Bridge team in AWS Lambda is making it even easier for developers to build new serverless applications, or extend existing systems in a serverless fashion by seamlessly integrating services such as DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3, and SNS as "Lambda Event Sources". Our growing team in Seattle has an opening for a senior engineer who will take a leading role in extending and improving integrations, building features that drive enterprise adoption, and evolving our systems to scale with rapidly
