Fresh | Prime Now seeks a Senior Product Design (UX) Producer to help us define and drive user experience design focused solutions that will deliver on Amazon’s vision of the future of grocery shopping. Our organization produces innovative and delightful shopping experiences for household items across both physical and digital touch-points. As a UX Producer for Fresh and Prime Now, you will help guide a world class in-house product design team and work closely with key stakeholders, technology, and senior partners to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions that are effortless, intuitive and delight our customers. The UX Producer should have deep knowledge and practical experience in software design, from design concept creation to development and release and possess excellent communication abilities. · 6+ years experience as a Producer, UX PM, or similar role · Passion for user experience and design · Excellent Project management, communication and organizational skills · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience · Ability to communicate ideas, decisions and reasoning clearly and confidently.
