What is the team? The Workforce Staffing Research and Business Intelligence team is your opportunity to make an impact across multiple layers of the company and the hourly workforce as a whole. This team will lead and influence programs that will enable Amazon to scale more efficiently, while also providing a unique voice for the hourly labor population within the United States and Canada. · Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Applied Science or relevant field of study · Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience - Demonstrated experience designing and deploying surveys and analyzing the data to influence key business outcomes · Ability to turn complex problems into simple hypotheses and survey recommendations · Can translate raw data into a language stakeholders can relate to · Ability to self-direct, multitask, and prioritize a constantly evolving workload. · Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by driving the strategy rather than waiting for
