We are building the bot content authoring UX for Microsoft's new Virtual Agent SaaS offering. We enable customer service managers to design bot content and monitor bot performance without needing to rely on developers or AI experts. The Bot Designer is a brand-new codebase built using React, Redux, and TypeScript. The team is looking for an experienced developer to drive large cross-team UX features with dependencies on AI and natural language processing.
This role requires strong collaboration skills as you will work directly with PM and Design to ensure that the UX effectively abstracts the underlying NLP concepts. The ideal candidate will have production React/Redux experience; building well-designed and unit tested client-side features.
5+ years industry experience in production services and web client development Experience building accessible, maintainable, production-quality client code with TypeScript, React, Redux, webpack An eye for visual design and experience working with designers Passion for delivering high quality/delightful user experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience Familiarity with chat bots and NLP concepts is a plus Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
