· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. · 5+ years of software development experience. · Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms. · Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts. · Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++ or Python.· Ph.D or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. · Strong and creative problem solving abilities. · Experience leading a team with Agile and Scrum methodologies. · Passion for simplicity and building highly leveraged reusable software
