· BA/BS in computer science, or related experience · 10+ years of progressive experience within a software/development team including 5+ years of experience leading, managing and developing high-performing engineering teams · 5 years building high performance reliable cloud-based software · 5 years of experience as a leader of leaders (managing other managers and senior engineers) · Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment · Experience with OOD and object oriented languages · Desire to work in a highly-collaborative environment focused on user
