The mission for the Employee Experience team is to provide the authoritative source for voice of the employee and actionable insights for Employee Services. The team collects and listens to employee feedback and translates insights into opportunities and action. Self-service is the preferred way to get help for Amazon employees. Amazon’s Employee Experience team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager Self-Sufficiency. You will be responsible for driving high-visibility programs that directly impact employee experience. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment, with the ability to drive the program’s roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders and product teams across the organization to analyze the cost/benefit

· 5+ years’ relevant experience in program/project management and/or product experience for employee facing tools with a passion for revolutionizing the current experience · The candidate will have succeeded in delivering programs/services in a high growth environment and will have thrived in ambiguity and shifting priorities. · Demonstrated ability to define, plan, control, deliver and measure programs with a growing scope or complexity. · Empathy for employees, and a track-record of root-cause analysis – not just fixing a defect, stopping that defect from ever happening again · The ability to
