We are looking for an innovative, Sr Program Manager who will specifically partner with Concept Design, Construction, Sourcing, Facilities, Product Managers, Category Managers, Store Operations, Legal, Finance and Store Tech to drive the implementation of new concepts and change management initiatives as they translate into our physical retail locations. This position will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to manage the execution of multiple
· BA/BS degree from accredited university · 7+ years of business experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and growth within the design/construction/facilities industry · Have strong project management experience · Ability to conduct business case analysis / translate information into useful formats and draw conclusions · Creative, critical thinker with advanced analytical skills · Familiarity with business process documentation and improvement · Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads · Intermediate to advanced experience
